Ship, Shore and pipeline survey are carried out by experience and highly trained staff assisted by the latest equipment and reporting is in accordance with internationally recognised levels of detail and reference. Through the inspection of shipment and the supervision of transfers, our survey provide a certified quantitative and qualitative record – An independent verification of the standard and size of the shipment to be discharged. Loading and discharging of the vessel’s cargo requires a specialist’s option regarding the safe stowage and handing during the process. In order to fulfil the purpose of an inspection, our company and the inspector have knowledge of general tasks and ensure that the following requirement are met during inspection:
- To inspect the vessel’s Tanks prior loading to determine if the tanks meet requirements for cargo to be loaded
- To advise and assist in minimising the extent to which procedural and/or measurement errors occur before,
- during and after loading, discharge or cargo transfer that could affect the quantity and quality of cargo recorded
- on documents issued at terminal or place of load, discharge or cargo transfer.
- To ensure during the loading, discharge or cargo transfer that all practicable steps are taken so that the cargo is not contaminated.
- When required to verify the quality of the cargo to be discharged, loaded or transferred.
- To verify cargo tanks condition on completion of discharge
- To maintain a detailed time log of operations.
- To identify to principal(s) in a timely manner any matter that may be relevant to the handling of the cargo.
- To provide a report that details the quantity and quality of each parcel at point of the load, discharge or cargo transfer in a timely manner.
